We are transforming the concrete industry by creating carbon-neutral precast elements. Using Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology, we capture CO2 directly from the atmosphere and embed it within the concrete matrix, making precasts carbon-neutral in their lifecycle.

Technology

Our concrete precasts achieve a compressive strength of 35 MPa to 50 MPa, which aligns with typical industry standards for structural concrete in residential and commercial construction. This range can be adjusted based on specific project requirements.

CO2 sequestration capacity

For every cubic meter of concrete produced, our DAC technology can capture and embed up to 50 kg of CO2. This figure is based on the chemical reaction between CO2 and calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)₂), which forms stable calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) in the concrete.

Density

Our concrete precasts have a density of 2,300 to 2,400 kg/m³, which is standard for structural concrete and ensures durability and resistance to environmental factors.

Compressive strength
Water efficiency

Our concrete production process uses 15-20% less water compared to conventional methods, contributing to water conservation and sustainability in resource-scarce regions.

Waste reduction

The entire production process is designed with waste minimization in mind, ensuring that over 90% of raw materials are utilized in each batch, with any excess being recycled back into the system.

Certifications

Our carbon-neutral concrete products are manufactured in compliance with European EN 206 standards for concrete. Additionally, our production processes adhere to ISO 14001 environmental management systems.

Sustainable technology

Concrete precasts are produced using Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology, which integrates CO2 into the concrete manufacturing process, creating carbon-negative materials. This process not only reduces emissions but also strengthens the concrete.

We offer the ability to implement our CO2 capture technology in precast production facilities across Europe, enabling manufacturers to adopt sustainable practices with ease.
