These filters are designed to eliminate fine particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5, PM1 and less), toxic substances like benzo(a)pyrene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), as well as allergens and viruses.

Technology

The NanoLungs filtration system is built on advanced technology that combines self-aggregating networks with active, microporous, liquid-gas-solid membranes. This unique design not only captures harmful airborne particles but also ensures that the filter remains effective over time, unlike traditional HEPA filters that can become clogged and lose efficiency.

Active membrane area

With dimensions of just 50 x 50 x 50 cm, each NanoLungs filter offers an impressive capture surface area of 560 m², equivalent to nearly three tennis courts. This high surface area allows for effective capture of even the smallest particles.

Filtration Efficiency

The filter can capture particles as small as 0.1 micrometers, making it an order of magnitude more efficient than HEPA 13/14 filters, which typically capture particles around 1 micrometer in size. This makes it particularly effective against ultrafine particles, viruses, and airborne allergens.
